Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience as a social media manager, community manager, or in a similar role.
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and brand voice consistency.
- Proven track record of creating successful social media campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics) for tracking performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across teams and with external partners.
